Our quality policy guarantees complete control over all company processes in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, certified by DET NORSKE VERITAS since March 2003 for the following field of application: "Precision machining with chip removal of parts to customer specifications." Working in a sector where quality in its broadest sense is fundamental, ISO certification has in some cases been a formalization of procedures already in place, while in others it has been an opportunity for growth that has borne fruit, particularly in process management and development.
We operate according to specific standards, work instructions, and procedures, with processes guaranteed by M.O.C.A. (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) certification, which allows us to produce mechanical components of excellence for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. We have chosen to invest in safety, thus providing our partners with a finished product accompanied by a certificate and declaration of suitability, necessary to prove its compliance, as required by current legislation. The documentation issued corresponds to an internal control system that monitors product quality. The reference legislation is Regulation 1935/2004/EC and - according to the general requirements included in Article 3. The objective of the certification, therefore, is to protect consumer health by minimizing contamination.
We have obtained our first EcoVadis Scorecard, one of the leading global sustainability assessment systems. The result confirms our commitment to the areas of Environment, Labor Practices and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement, strengthening our path towards increasingly responsible, transparent, and ESG-oriented business management.
